Suture Strip Plus, 1/2" x 4", is a sterile wound closure device made from macroporous non-woven polyamide material. It is designed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that ensures secure skin adhesion while maintaining breathability. The porous structure facilitates vapor transmission and helps prevent maceration of the skin, making it suitable for both primary and adjunctive wound closure applications.

The strip features a proprietary balance of elasticity and adhesion that mimics the elastic modulus of human skin. This allows the strip to move harmoniously with the body, reducing localized pressure points. The elasticity promotes patient comfort and helps distribute tension evenly across the closure site, which aids in healing and helps minimize scar formation.
